Hello! My name is Charlie, but I also go by Bratty and Luna.
I am a learning digital artist but have been practicing my work for around 10 years. The program I use is IblispaintX on my phone.
You do not have permission to use my work in any way unless you have paid for a piece. This includes stuff like recoloring, tracing, using as your own, copying, frankendolling and making a base.
Commission rules and important info:
♡Refund policy: For sketches, you can request a refund at any point, except after you receive the final product. If I finish your lineart, you are no longer allowed a full refund. You will receive the unfinished work and excess change.♡Accepted forms of payment:

- Triggers and standard “vent art” material (self harm, abuse, sexual assault, etc)
- Gore (Unless it's halloween)
