Hello! My name is Charlie, but I also go by Bratty and Luna.
I am a learning digital artist but have been practicing my work for more than 10 years. The program I use is IblispaintX on my phone.I do have a job outside of art so commission completion times vary, Usually takes 3-7 days to complete and I will inform you of anything that may cause delay
You do not have permission to use my work in any way unless you have received my written consent. This includes recoloring, tracing, using as your own, copying, and making a base out of my work.
